I have two children, a happy and crumbling house, and a thick, overgrown garden. I spend much of my time exploring alternative forms of healing. I play didgeridoo, electric violin, and percussion. I'm particularly interested in the exchange of energy which happens between people, whether through words, sound or silence.

I believe that the kindness I radiate toward myself and within my small world has a profound impact on the larger human story.
I am all things - stubborn and thoughtful, reckless and subdued, hopeful and fearful - as are you. Learning to live inside that contradiction, and sway with its surges, is what will allow me to survive this disease. With grace. For now.
